• Content You Upload: Photos, videos, posts, comments, tour plans, and messages you send through the in-app messaging system.
• Subscription & Payments: Information required to process subscriptions through RevenueCat and the App Store / Play Store.
  We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled securely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
• Ad Data: Anonymous advertising identifiers and usage data collected through Google AdMob. This may include device info, ad interactions, and general analytics (non-personally identifiable).
• Usage & Device Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, actions within the app, crash logs, and analytic events used to maintain and improve the App.
• Reports & Safety Information: Content related to complaints, violations, or misuse reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage user accounts.
• To support matchmaking, discovery, and social interaction features.
• To display user profiles, posts, videos, and tour plans.
• To enable messaging and user communication within the App.
• To process subscriptions using RevenueCat and platform-provided billing systems.
• To personalize and deliver relevant ads through AdMob (non-personalized for sensitive categories).

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with trusted partners when necessary:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management and receipt validation.

• Analytics & Crash Reporting Tools: For app improvement and diagnostics.
• Support & Admin Team: For dispute resolution, violations, and user safety.

4. User Responsibilities

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, users must:

• Not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Not impersonate others or misuse the platform.
• Not engage in harassment, threats, or offensive behavior.
• Follow community guidelines; violations may result in suspension or account removal.

5. Advertising (AdMob)

6. Subscriptions & RevenueCat

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and validated by Apple and Google. We do not access or store your full payment details.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. However, no system is fully secure. Please note: in-app chat messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data as long as necessary to operate the App, comply with legal requirements, and enforce policies.

If you delete your account:

• Your profile, posts, images, videos, chat history, and tour plans will be permanently deleted.
• Some financial or transaction-related data may be retained as legally required.

9. Your Rights

• Update your profile information at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Contact support for assistance with reports, disputes, or technical issues.

10. Age Requirement

The App is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the App.
