Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled for services
booked through our social networking application (the “App”). By making a booking or payment through the App,
you agree to this Policy.
1. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- We do not store your full payment card details.
- By completing a payment, you authorize Stripe to process the transaction on your behalf.
2. Cancellations
- Users may cancel a booking by following the cancellation option provided within the App (if available) or by
contacting support.
- Some bookings may have specific cancellation deadlines. After that period, cancellations may not be eligible
for refunds.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are subject to the service provider’s terms and approval by our admin team.
- If a booking is canceled within the allowed cancellation period, a refund may be issued to your original
payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- If a service is not delivered as promised, you may file a claim with our support team for review.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period.
- No refunds for violations of our Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the App.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you experience issues with a payment, booking, or service, you may file a claim with our support team. We will
review the case and may contact both parties before making a decision. In cases of payment disputes, Stripe’s
policies will also apply.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted in the App with a
new “Effective Date.”
