These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our social networking application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You must register using Gmail login and provide accurate information including your name, email, profession, profile image, cover image, hobbies, and bio.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

• You may upload videos, profile information, and chat messages.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.
• You must not post illegal, harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates laws or our policies.

4. Messaging & Communication

The App provides a chat system that is not end-to-end encrypted. Users should not share sensitive personal or financial information in messages.

5. Booking & Payments

• Users can book and pay for services/partnerships using Stripe.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Disputes or chargebacks may be handled by Stripe and/or our support team.

6. Claims & Disputes

• If you believe a user has engaged in fraud, cheating, or harmful behavior, you may file a claim with our admin team.
• We may investigate and take appropriate actions, including suspension or banning of accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Using the App to advertise or promote outside services.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon confirmation, all of your data will be permanently deleted except where retention is required by law (such as payment records).

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide the App “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to user actions or technical issues.
• Disputes between users or third parties.
• Unauthorized access to your account if you fail to protect your login credentials.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
