Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our dating and social networking application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You must register using a valid Gmail account and provide accurate information, including your name, email, age, gender, profile image, hobbies, and bio.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all actions under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise user safety.

3. User Content

• You may upload photos, videos, posts, and create tour plans within the App.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the App.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content you do not own.
• We may remove content that violates our policies or local laws.

4. Messaging & Communication

The App offers a chat system for user communication. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not share sensitive financial or personal information.

5. Tour Plan Feature

• The App allows users to create and share tour plans as part of their profile content.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and legality of the information you share.
• The App does not arrange travel, bookings, or financial transactions related to tour plans.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers premium subscription plans that unlock additional features such as unlimited swipes, unlimited messages, ad-free usage, and unlimited posts.

• Billing: Payments for Apple subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store and charged to your iTunes Account. We do not store payment card details.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your device account settings (Apple or Google).
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds must be requested directly through Apple or Google.

7. Advertising (AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect anonymous identifiers for ad optimization. You can review Google’s Ad Policy here:

8. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading harmful, illegal, sexually explicit, or abusive content.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
• Using the App to promote external products or services (spam).
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the App or other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to misuse features or bypass blocks.

9. Safety & Reporting

We prioritize user safety. You may report harmful or suspicious behavior within the App. We may investigate and take actions, including warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. When deleted, your profile, content, messages, and tour plans will be permanently removed. Certain financial or legal records may be retained where required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• User-generated content or interactions.
• Loss of data or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
• Disputes or communications between users.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users violate these Terms, harm other users, or misuse the platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Torino, Italy.
